Stygia is the capital of the western dead in Wraith: The Oblivion, an incomprehensibly huge city located on the Isle of Sorrows deep in the Tempest. It is the location of the major headquarters of the various organizations of western wraiths: the Pardoner chapterhouse, the seat of each Legion, the Venous Stair, the abandoned temples of the Fishers, and every ancient building destroyed by man are jammed into one city.
