Look Who's Talking is a comedy from the year 1989 starring John Travolta and Kirstie Alley.

Footage from the movie, of an ovum being approached by countless sperms was re-used in (VOY: "Someone to Watch Over Me") for The Doctor's dating lessons for Seven of Nine. The Doctor never mentioned where he got the images from (he certainly didn't take them with his holo-imager), so it is possible he chose the image of an ovum from an old movie.
